A montage of 8-10 minute excerpts of works from many of Alberta's most celebrated dance artists, this is a rare opportunity to take in the most exciting offerings of Alberta dance in one intimate evening.
The Body Electric is a public performance featuring artists involved in our new Net || Work program, which is an industry platform highlighting Alberta-based dance and contemporary performance artists to presenters across western Canada.
The artists featured in The Body Electric demonstrate the range of talent and dynamic movement worlds fostered in Alberta; from tap and jazz, to contemporary ballet and flamenco, you will be delighted by the diversity and energy found right here at home.
